HOW TO USE CAILYN LINE FIX GEL EYELINER
Pull your eyelid to the side and slightly up gently. Dip the built-in brush into Eyeliner and draw a line across the upper lid as close to your lashes as possible. After that fill in the gap between lashes if you want. Allow the gel to dry completely (for several seconds). You can also use CAILYN Bright On Eye Balm to extend the wear of the eyeliner.
